The employee when asked about the change just stated there was an "incident" and that management stopped it, without further explanation. In my previous stay at the property, we found the breakfast very good,"

"We called the day prior inquiring about an early check in. Ryan said it was booked solid and they can't guarantee early check ins, but he would keep his fingers crossed and think positive thoughts for it to happen. We got in at noon and Ryan's positive vibes worked and he was so wonderful and got us an outstanding room! Thursday night, I couldn't get my laptop to connect to the hotel WiFi but the bartender that night saved me and got it done! This was my 2nd stay in as many months and looking forward to our next visit!."
