Had many problems stemming from fried food smell in my room, like horrible smell also no water a few days,me key not working over and over again and the room cleaning is not to par,there is not 10 restaurants no ice cream gelato bar, although they clean the rooms all they do is the beds and replace towels because I had no floor cleaning not once, my tv had serious issues and after many attempts they finally replaced it but dis not leave the remote I had to ask over 3 workers came and said the remote was wrong,I was not impressed now happy,but ai did meat some amazing employees like amazing top notch super helpful

Overall very good. Just a disappointing room as no balcony, curtains wouldn't close to block out light & some building noise. Wonderful staff & good food. Big bonus to have the park nextdoor & great evening show.
