"The room was clean, unfortunately the beds were a bit on the hard side and the sit conditioning cannot be turned on until June according to the staff. Rome is awake around 6:00am so we slept with the windows open and woke up with the town! The staff in the cafe upstairs were wonderful! The front desk was nice too."

"Location was great, hotel is set up oddly. Staff was very friendly but didn’t offer much information. Overall worth it just for the location. Tons of restaurants, easy to walk around. A block from Vatican City."

"The hotel was great and the air conditioning was better than all of the other places we stayed—it seems to be a thing in Italy that they restrict the air conditioning at night and this seemed to occur at our hotel (we had it at 19 Celsius around 65 Fahrenheit and it definitely felt warmer than 70 Fahrenheit) however I am still rating it a 5 because it seems to be a country wide thing and it was the least restricted here of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip, however I do wish hotels would disclose this to their guests especially when they are tourist oriented."

"Loved this hotel! Staff was very helpful, the room was bigger than expected and the breakfast and view was outstanding! Would recommend this hotel for its location to Vatican, shopping, Trevi etc. spacious rooms made it very comfortable and felt very safe. Thank you!"

"Rooms were clean and modern, but the hotel is inside a normal apartment building and the rooms were set over different floors among normal apartments. Also, except for when we checked in- we never saw staff on the check in desk again so we weren’t sure how to contact them about issues as they also don’t respond on Expedia app. It is in a very good location for visiting the Vatican"
