" Clean, quiet environment , in a centric comercial location near metro and taxis sites , ample room and bathroom, bilateral electricity sockets near bed"
"Omar at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient asv well as the rest of the staff! The A/C was great! We learned we need to leave the card in the slot inside the room for the A/C to be running. The room was clean and very quiet. I never heard surrounding noises. I highly recommend!"
"Staff were top notch from the reception to the breakfast staff. Particular mention Shane and Alyssa. The staff are the icing to the cake since the hotel’s walking distance to popular sites, shopping and restaurants sells itself.
Would suggest the addition of face towels and bar soap to bathroom amenities."
"This place is the perfect location to explore Rome. My husband and I walked literally everywhere because this place is in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Just a couple of minutes walk from Vatican City, we went to St Peter’s Square multiple times for all the Christmas festivities. The staff are super kind, professional, helpful. We had great breakfasts that they bring to the room. It was quite just street noise, not the fault of the hotel. This hotel feels more intimate than a regular US hotel. It feels like you’re entering an apartment building, with a small elevator but huge stairways that are beautiful in their own right. Room was roomy with a nice balcony. We sat outside in the sun, drank Italian wine, and wished the elderly lady across the street Buon Natale. She initiated the contact by waving and smiling at us, so of course we responded in kind! It was a great stay with kind people surrounding us. "
