"My husband and I have stayed at Golden Haven Spa well over 20 times, and it’s one of our favorite places to stay in the Calistoga area. This small, family-run hotel is very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The thermal water is wonderful, and the lovely grounds in the back make it a peaceful, relaxing place to stay. "This was a great value. I'm not one to hand out 5 stars to anything short of outstanding. The staff was professional, facilities were spotless. The gym was small but quite good and there is a restaurant and bar on both ground level and on the top floor. The room was also spacious with a nice bathroom. Lastly, the location, right in the heart of Napa, is perfect and I never once had to retrieve my car since everything is in walking distance (though for wine tasting outside of the confines of the city you would probably need a car). Very satisfied! "

"We loved it! There are numerous places to stay but when we went we picked it for location and price when we go back in 2 months we will be picking it for cleanliness, friendliness, convenience and for being pet friendly it was the most accommodating clean outside area I’ve seen in a long time! Yes it’s definitely a come back Place to stay. Right in town near restaurants and all the shopping and wineries this small town has to offer but situated in just the right area so not to disturb with traffic noises or foot traffic. We loved it and couldn’t state it enough to the office staff while there. "
