The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the best AC we had on our Italy trip. It was conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport, taxi stand right outside, a few minutes walk to the subway, and close to some of the sites we wanted to explore. The hotel is on the second floor between two bustling cafes. A building manager is there during working hours, but key entry to the building after hours. There is no front desk staff, so must arrange for check in ahead of time for staff to meet you there.

-EXCELLENT LOCATION -KIND GREETER ON YOUR FIRST DAY -LARGE ROOM COMFY BED It is not necessarily a bed and breakfast (no breakfast served). I wouldn’t say it’s a hostel either (we had a private bathroom). It isn’t a hotel either as there is no real reception. This is basically a floor of rooms that is being rented out to guests in a much larger (historic) building. If you are good with that then this is the place for you!

A lovely property right in the centre of Naples. A huge, thick door at street level makes you feel safe. There was another huge door to the property on the second floor for added safety (I did trap my finger in this as it was so heavy - my stupid fault and not the property’s). The room was extremely clean and well-maintained. Laundry was done on day three of our four night stay. A friendly and welcoming member of staff greeted us and showed us to our room. We saw someone there periodically throughout our stay, but wouldn’t know how or who to get in touch with if a problem arose? The bathroom door is a sliding one, but one of us got locked in the bathroom! We think the lock is becoming loose, and got stuck in the locked position (easy fix). There was only enough hot water for one person, although two with short showers at a push. Not a major problem. Overall, everything we needed was in the room. It was well situated, clean, easy to check in/out and I’d stay here again.

It was a great stay right in the heart of Napoli. We went just downstairs for gelato & the best pizza. Francesco was so welcoming and told us everything we must see in Naples. Thanks for a great stay!

When you arrived the building looks old and odd … lack of maintenance … but when you get to the small lobby before you get to your room … you’ll be surprise ! Everything looks modern and seems like has been a recent remodeling … location … somewhat questionable … over all I eill recommend

Mycket bra boende

Fint boende när allt. Tunnelbanan ligger nära samt många restauranger utanför huset. Trevlig personal. Napolis äldsta pizzeria ligger 50 m bort. Rekommenderar detta boende till alla.
