"Clean rooms, modern, comfortable bed, convenience store on the first floor, convenient laundry facility. Not convenience location, Uber to train station was between 1100yen to 1800yen one way, they have limited hours on free bus to train station and Disney resorts. For families doing only Disney it was perfect, for families trying to go to Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura... It wasn't. We had two fire scares in just one week, tried to get info and the staff didn't want to talk English or gave us info on when was safe to go back to ours room. "

"Beds were extremely firm - like sleeping on the floor. It doesn’t matter if the rooms are larger if the beds are not comfortable. In addition, the beds were pushed so close to the wall that you have to climb over another bed to get into your bed (room with three beds). I don’t recommend this hotel for that reason. I also felt that this hotel was overpriced. "

"The hotel is very good value for 5 star hotel Location excellent next to the train station and also clean. I stayed at 4 point by Marriott cost more and the room fit only 1 persons with no amenities. "

"If you want to check in early, you need to tell the front desk reception that you are willing to pay otherwise they will tell you that there is no room available. I landed early so I needed to check in at 8am to rest before I head out due to a non restful flight. JPY10,000 was the "early" fee."

"The grand prince hotel is actually 3 hotels in one. Connected by a beautiful Japanese style garden you can walk between and use the amenities of all three hotels. The food is a little on the pricy side but I’d recommend you try one of them at least once. We got a free gift with Expedia to try their sauna but they aren’t tattoo friendly."
