"We had a nice little stay. My kids enjoyed the pool table and the private onsen. We slept Japanese style on the floor with a family of 5. We didn’t have any issues. We enjoyed some adult beverages as well as ate dinner. Dinner is nothing special but it was perfect for us. The staff were amazingly friendly and even spoke English to us. We would for sure stay again! There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel. It about a 15 min bus ride to the Ropeway. It’s also 10 min drive from Yunessun where we stopped on our way home. "

"Nice amenities. I borrowed the flatiron while I was there, it was the first time I was at a hotel with that for rent. Only a 5 minute walk from 7-11 and the post office. Shuttle was available to the airport and train station, too bad we couldn’t use it since our schedules didn’t match up. "

"The room was perfect with the view. This was our first time at a Ryokan and we were not disappointed. I don't think I have ever felt that welcomed somewhere I didn't quite fit into. Thank you all for your excellent work! 😊"
