This is the perfect place for someone traveling solo. A small, quaint space with plenty of restaurants 10 minutes walking distance. The host was a great communicator and really nice.

Excellent stay, very clean property, with good facilities. The local buses just down to the main road were inexpensive and regular. Great way to see the Island. 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distant were good, especially spritzers on the Sandyport complex Lovely island, and friendly locals

Great relaxing stay

The room was cozy and in a nice area. The pool area was a nice place to sit and read when I didn't feel like being in the room. The host is super proactive and gives a lot of helpful information before arrival. I had an issue with my door, mostly my fault, and it was handled right away. I would definately stay here again.

Convenient studio efficiency great location

I ended up booking a slightly bigger room at the same property since I had a friend joining me, but this room would be perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking for an affordable spot in a cute neighborhood close to beaches and grocery stores. The pool is lovely, outdoor seating is shaded and cute, and the management/owner is top notch. Carole was so helpful making sure I had everything I needed for my stay, and INCREDIBLY communicative and responsive. Definitely recommend Carole's property and really enjoyed staying there!

Perfect Stay

Carole is very through and the instructions she sent before arrival left us with no questions or concerns. The place was just as advertised, with great amenities for our short stay. From check in to check out we couldn’t ask for a more seamless experience. The location is a steal for the area and literally everything is available on that stretch. We also made use of her provided suggestions for restaurants and sight seeing and had a lovely dinner nearby at blue sail and happy hour at twisted lime!

Cozy apartment was a great "base camp" for my daily adventures, comfortable when I had downtime and could relax by the pool. Tha cabana was my favoriteplacetohang out. There is a full "mini kitchen" so I could shop for breakfast items or frozen dinners for nights I didn’t feel like going out. Carole is an amazing property manager, very detailed in her instructions and resposive if you have questions. Her recommendation to contact Lawrence for airport transfers was great. Lawrence is very prompt, detailed and helpful as well.

Nice location

We stayed 3 nights. This particular unit is the size of a small hotel room, and is clean and comfortable. This is a great place to stay unless you are wanting to be close to downtown (we didn't). The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet, we walked to the grocery store and to the beach (each less than 15min walk). Getting downtown will require a bus ride or taxi. Know that the busses may take a while and sometimes traffic is heavy so even taxis will take a while. The host will provide you with contact information for a particular driver, Lawrence, who is great. During our stay we used Lawrence multiple times to get around. We also rode the bus and caught a few other taxis in various locations. We heard from some nearby neighbors that they had trouble getting a taxi to come pick them up - if you can, schedule ahead (Lawrence was always willing to work with our schedule). To get most places from here will cost you $25 - $30 (before tip) to taxi so be prepared. The bus is only $1.25 per person and runs all the way downtown. If you rent a vehicle, the parking here is more than sufficient. Overall a great place to stay.

The place was great, nice and cozy and clean, the pool was right next to us. Only a few minute walk to the main road to catch the bus. There are two grocery stores within ten minute walk. Numerous restaurants, bars, and take out places within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

This studio is perfect for 2 people. The property assistant and the owner went beyond expectations to insure a wonderful experience. The write up is true- walk to 3 beaches, groceries, beverages and great restaurants . Jump on the bus for a trip to downtown. Relaxing by the pool in the late afternoon planning where to go for dinner, and enjoying the friendly people and the beautiful island. We look forward to returning to Cozy Cottage for another memorable week of relaxation on Nassau. Don’t miss this small but charming treasure

I cannot recommend Carole enough! She was absolutely fabulous. From giving us very clear and detailed directions about how to navigate the property to securing us a car rental for such a reasonable price! Beyond thankful I chose to go with Carole’s property.
