"Mai was excellent in checking us in. I appreciate her throughness and her welcoming attitude. She is awesome and deserves a raise! She really is the template for all hotel hosts. Richard and as awesome as well. His attention to detail is incredible. He has such a nice way about himself, super nice, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was so damn amazing as well. Coffee, service, food was fresh and outstanding. Love you Kings Hotel!"

The room is nicely renovated but the carpet should probably be replaced. The bathroom is a little bit tight but that is expected for a big city hotel. We were surprised that the two double beds were right next to each other with no space in between"
