"Everything was wonderful! I appreciated that we were able to get into our room as soon as it was ready, since we'd had an early day of travel and were hoping to take a quick nap before starting our trip. Our hotel room was tidy and spacious. I loved that we had a space to place our luggage as well as plenty of closet space. The security helped make the space feel extra safe, even though La Condesa is already an incredibly safe and walkable area. I recommend checking out Mendl Delicatessen nearby! The only downside was having our room be on the fourth floor and walking up those flights of stairs after long days. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!"

"Me gustó que fueran tan atentos, el servicio es 24hrs, deje la llave encargada y llegue en la madrugada, sin problema me la regresaron y fui a descansar a la habitación. El agua estaba caliente, el desayuno son huevos revueltos con pan, frijoles, fruta, jugo de naranja y café (podía servirme varias tasas de café). El hotel tiene habitaciones que lucen antiguas por la decoración y la televisión solo es tv abierta, el teléfono de mi habitación no servía, pero fuera de eso me gustó mucho."
