"We stayed on the 11th floor and it was comfortable and quiet, even with our exuberant kid with us. Loved the Brisas Business Club breakfasts on our floor - wish there were a few more vegetarian and vegan options but overall great food. The bed was the only downside, just a little too soft, lumpy and worn for me to sleep well. The rooftop pool was fun for kids, but the filter wasn't working properly and it was a bit grimy and full of bugs by late afternoon. I appreciated the safe feeling neighbourhood, with close access to everything we needed. Hotel staff were wonderfully attentive and kind. For the price and convenience, I'd readily stay here again."

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and check-in was so easy and welcoming. Reception spoke english and was very helpful in directions and recommendations. Its a 2 level hotel and gate closes at 8 but you can still go through an insert door in the gate after 8pm. We liked that the room had a safe and plenty of desk and drawers, and the ac was new and powerful with a sleep mode to reduce the sound which was perfect. We disliked that there was no iron to use, no fridge, no coffee or hot water to make tea, and no microwave to use. Walking distances to the chapultepec park, to Reforma, grocery stores, and metro. Quiet neighbourhood and very safe to walk even at 10-11 at night. Great price for the area and distance just add the missing amenities. "
