"Nice hotel but shorter swimming pool and sauna hours during weekend does not make sense. It closes at 9pm and 8:30 staff already closed sauna and started to clean around so we had to move to room."

"Breakfasts was good and the main courses at night were large and very tasty. Sweets also fantastic. Bar was busy but the services was great and quick. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and very professional. Rooms clean and welcoming. I Would recommend this hotel great location for daily sightseeing around nothern ireland."

"The room was cute though a bit awkward having half of the bathroom in the room and shower and toilet either side.
The restaurant was really expensive for what it was and the location. The pork meal I paid £30 (assuming it would be amazing for that price) tasted really weird/not great and I had stomach pains after that for hrs.
The Spa was great, a button to order drinks would be easier or electronic bracelet to wear and choose options via tablet. Otherwise no one would be swimming with a phone and too cold to get out to order another drink.
The staff aren’t really proactive or present. Felt we had to go find someone or get their attention a lot of the time, just not what you’d expect for the price you are paying to stay and eat there."

"Do not stay here! The bathtub was falling apart, there are stains all over the ceiling and the place looks like it's going to fall apart. Cracks in the ceiling and barely any hot water. Luckily we were only here to sleep for one night but it was one of the worst stays. Not to mention extremely over priced. No amenities in the room. 12 inch tv and sagging beds with bad smelly scratchy sheets. There were 4 of us and we only had 3 towels and there is no staff to get towels from. No rest due to how uncomfortable it was. "

"Our farm stay at Ballylagan Organic Farm was lovely! The small apartment above the farm shop was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the ability to wander the grounds and see all of the animals. We felt right at home and would certainly come back next time in the area. "
