"Very clean room (aside from some carpet stains from previous guest getting hair dye on the carpet!). Warm welcome from staff, spacious room with comfy bed. Great breakfast choices, and loved being able to have a glass of wine on the terrace in the sunshine!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was refreshing staying in an independently run hotel as we often stay at chain hotels. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming- nothing was too much trouble. The room was nice and the breakfast was really good. The pool and spa facilities were a really nice feature. The only niggle was that there was no air conditioning in the room. It was so warm, despite having a desk top fan, that we found it difficult to sleep. Overall, a great hotel at a reasonable price."
