Located in a exceptional place, close to shops, cafés and restaurants.

Moreover, it is one of the best residential areas in Nerja, where you will be able to fully relax.

Maid service/cleaning is included upon departure.

If you stay more than a week, you will aslo be provided with new sheets (self service) and towels (not beach towels).

The space:
It's very nice a calm area since it's not in the city centre, but at the same time close enough to walk.

About 10 m from the pool and a roof terrace with a stunning view over Nerja and the Mediterranean sea!

Great holiday rental
Lovely apartment, just right for 4 adults. nice pool area and salt water pool. Flat had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The Wi-Fi modem was not working on arrival but great communication with the owner and agent and it was sorted out very quickly.

Perfect Family Stay
We stayed at the apartment for a week and it is a great place. We travelled as 2 adults and 2 kids (age 6 & 3) Nice walk into Burianna Beach (the kids even managed the hill/steps back up). Driving into the centre, caves is really easy. We even drove up to Frigliana. Apartment is the perfect size for a small family and well equipped. Being on the same level as the pool is a big highlight. Overall, for the price, this is a great apartment.

Lovely apartment
We stayed here for 5 weeks in winter, the check in process was easy, and the apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Any issues were sorted out quickly. There is a very sunny sheltered terrace which is great in the winter but might get too hot in the summer. The bus stop is just a few metres from the apartment which is convenient for Nerja centre but also for returning from Burriana Beach which has steep hills behind it.

Beautiful apartment
Very easy communication with owner. On arrival the apartment was way to find and spotlessly clean. It had everything you could wish for and more. Wonderful local location and good amenities very close by. Definitely will be booking again

Great location, clean, exactly as advertised, excellent value.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and very convenient. It is in an ideal location, near to everything. Nerja is such a habit forming place to visit, this was our second visit (last year was the first) and we will be back. Ted and the property management people were very responsive and easy to deal with.

Great holiday
This apartment is great, has everything you need and in a good location. Ted answered all of our questions promptly and the check in was very smooth. Local bus to the main town just one minute away, and runs every hour. The beach is a ten minute walk and has many restaurants and tourist shops. The hill back up to the apartment from the beach is steep but our 7 year old found it a fun challenge!

A very nice and spacious apartment. Everything was as advertised.
The apartment was as represented on the VRBO site. We were very happy with the rental and would recommend it. The only draw back is the walk to and from the beach is a very steep hill! We got our exercise. The location is good, near shops and restaurants. Nerja is a great place to stay and we look forward to returning.

Det var andra gången vi hyrde denna. Båda gångerna vid jul- och nyårsperioden. Denna gång tre veckor för att vi visste hur fin lght är. Ligger en bit ifrån stan och strand. Vi promenerade till allt, man får vara beredd på att det är många backar i området. Lght i dig ligger utmärkt till och har allt man behöver. Detta var nog inte sista gången :-)
