"Wonderful, the staff were immediately helpful and relaxed. We were allowed into our room early, got a parking space and it was flawless. The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. "The receptionist that checked me in was so lovely! She had only just started working on the reception after leaving air-hostessing and we got to talking because i’m a hotel receptionist too and she really is made for reception! The restaurants were lovely and the spa too! our treatments were amazing and the therapists really listened to our requests on pressure / firmness and what areas we wanted to be focused on more. Overall a really lovely stay, and would love to come back <3"

"One night stay, staff friendly and efficient booked in, in no time. Room in a quiet area of the hotel, although small perfectly adequate for my needs. Comfortable bed with plrenty of pillows. Surprised to find out the pool, jacuzzi, sauna remains open until 22:00, so had the place to myself for about an hour. Breakfast was excellent with good staff making sure all my needs were catered for. Hotel, although redecorated is showing a lot of signs that it is old and dated. There was cracked pavers...
