"Very nice property! Overall we had a great experience. This property does have stairs, a sunken living room, and a fairly challenging set of concrete steps to get to the hot tub...so be aware if elderly or if you have any mobility concerns. The hot tub had jets on one side that did not work...but it was clean and warm. It is in a good neighborhood and if you continue up the street you can walk in some lush green forest (we brought our dog). BBQ also worked fine. Pacific City itself is a cute town with some good coffee shops and a few good restaurants. We will return again."

"This property was perfect for our family - which included two couples plus our son and his adult daughter. One couple had the downstairs apartment, which worked out great because there is a whole separate kitchen including 2nd refrigerator plus sofa/couch. We had the master suite, and our son and his daughter could comfortably share the other bedroom which had two full-size beds on opposite sides of the room. We also much appreciated that their dog could be there with us. The house has a great layout, wonderful views and we had great times lounging around the living room, and enjoying meals at the large dining table. During the days we enjoyed several hikes in the area, and made several visits to the very convenient grocery store, Chester's, plus we ate at a couple of the local restaurants. We'd love to visit this property again!"

"Nice details, great hang out space, very clean and bright. There is not a traditional coffee maker, only a small Keurig that we could not make work with our own grounds. There is an outdoor Blackstone but no grill."
