The hotel was beautiful. Our room was huge, spacious and 2 floors. It was such a unique building and the views were great up on the terrace. Everyday you could see the hot air balloons. It was beautiful. We just had 1 issue with our shower where the water wasn't draining but they fixed it right away. Other than that it was excellent value.

This property is easily accessible and has large rooms. We had an amazing views of the balloons (they went right over the terrace). The property was clean and the staff were very helpful. They arranged ATV rides for my family and helped with excellent restaurant recommendations. The only downfall is that there is no elevator so you will have to carry luggage to your room (ours was upstairs). I would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very clean and well-thought room (duplex, 2 floors). Amazing terrace with views. Easy parking (unlike some other hotels in Goreme, in very steep-roads with almost no space to manouver or park). Supermarket nearby. Can walk to all attractions in Goreme. Plenty of restaurants in town-centre (5 min walk).

It was a night only staying ,at 5.30 you need to go out on the terrace to see tha splendid show if you are affraid to fly in a baloon of course!!

Great accommodating staff and service! The shower head, sink, and toilet seat needed some fixing up, but nothing major that made our stay less comfortable. Clean, spacious room and lovely decor. Love the decor of the terraces, pool, and dining area.

The property is way better than expected it has a beautiful structure to it very clean and quiet, amazing views of the hot air balloons in the early morning. Its close to everything. Staff are very friendly. I will definitely be coming back to stay here and have already recommended it to everyone I know.

Stunning Hotel. Definitely recommend
Beautiful and spacious room, made in cave style with antique living room furniture. Absolutely worth the money. Kemal will make you feel like home. We stayed at Superior Room which had jacuzzi and Hammam. Breakfast they serve is amazing and is included in the price. They also can help you to arrange all the tours you want to go to. In the morning you can enjoy balloons view from their roof top terrace. Btw, we asked for the Laundry service in the last day, they did a great job and charged us only 40 TL for the full bag of clothes.

amazing stay
The hotel is beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we booked the 2 tours (red & green tours of Cappadocia) , they were the best trips I have had since long time ago, Mehmet the tour guide was beyond amazing, we also managed hotel-airport transportations when we came and when we traveled, we managed a birthday cake celebration through them and everything was just perfect. I loved everything regarding our stay with this hotel. One thing I didn’t like is that we booked a family room , one has AC while the other one doesn’t , so I suggest to put another AC in family rooms

Didn’t like how we had to take the luggage on the stairs. Everything else was great! Breakfast was good too. Would love to go there again.

Hotel was quite nice and clean. But the location is not so good compared to the other hotels in Goreme. It is quite far from the centre of the town, which can be problematic if its snowing of if you want to grab a bite at night.

Hotel with a character
Amazing hotel with a character. Beautiful terrace to watch sunrise and sunset. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good and staffs are super friendly. Manage to fulfil our request promptly. Located about 5-10 mins from Goreme main centre, so quite peaceful at night. There a slight stench from the toilet, but it was bearable (just close the toilet door and open the toilet window for ventilation).

Lovely hotel with cave design and classic Turkish bathroom with jacuzzi. It's spacious and hot air balloons just on top of the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful to help us book tour and airport transfer. Location is great too. Walking distance to eateries for 5-10min.

It is a beautiful hotel. We loved it and wish we were staying longer. The design detail throughout the hotel and the hotel room is gorgeous. Had a warm welcome at reception. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Will definitely be back.

The hotel staff especially Harun is a very nice person. We manage to get through the red tour and green tour booking via him and he tried his best to book for us the hot-air balloon even though he did not manage to get us a slot. As for the Hotel itself, i love the fact that the laundry is 40 lira per laundry bag and also the view from the top of the hotel is great during the hot air balloon lift-off. Additionally, the breakfast selection is slightly more than what i expected. Only bad thing is about the hotel is its location which is kind of far away from the main shops (food,shopping, etc). So, be slightly extra careful with walking back as there could be a few dogs just wondering :)/

Close to balloon launching and flying path. For those whose choose to watch the balloon only. This is a good option. In fact I can chat with those people in the balloon who fly above the hotel!

Brand new hotel, big rooms and great view of the air balloons in the mornings. 5 minutes walk from Göreme center where all the shops, restaurants and cafes are. The whole city is beautiful and the people are amazing. Kamel is friendly and helpful he makes sure every customer is doing okay and everything is going well.

Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Since start of our booking, Harun stayed in contact with us through WhatsApp. You don’t need to spend too much time researching on the internet for the trips. He arranged and booked our hotel transfers from the airport, ballooning and our tours. We found him very hospitable and family like environments. The property is only 10 minutes walk from main downtown. I will highly recommend it.

Nice new hotel with easy access to Parking. A perfect choice if you driving to Goreme as some of the other hotels the parking can be a nightmare. Its exactly 600m from the downtown Goreme stops and cafes and about 1km from the Sunset view point. Its also easy to drive and park at the shopping area if you dont wish to walk. It has a small pool and a nice terrace for Hot Air Balloon views.

Friendly staff and amazing common rooftop terrace
The hotel recently opened so the condition of the hotel is very good. Hotel is a 5 min walk to city center. Hotel has amazing views to the balloons in the mornings from the common rooftop terrace. Hotel is relatively small, so its not too busy at any time of the day. Staff was really friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast was nothing special, but good.

What a marvelous, brand new Gem. Beautiful architectural design, walking distance to everything, rich open buffet breakfast, clean rooms, and so on. Excellent customer service Ömer from front desk had been the best. He's got answers and solutions for anything about your Cappadoccia experience. Only if they can improve their room cleaning like completing full room cleaning would be better specially around the balcony area. Over all 10 out 10.. Highly recommended for everyone.
