"The staff was friendly, helpful, and one of the best parts of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself was disappointing. There were very few amenities besides gambling, and the entrance by the ballroom area did not feel safe due to the lack of security. It was also not kid-friendly, with little for children to enjoy. I think the experience would improve with increased security throughout the property and making the pool adults-only was another disappointment. While the staff did a great job, the facilities and overall atmosphere need improvement."
