- This small cottage is a "mother in law" suite behind the main house. It is a separate unit and has an open living room and kitchen combination. There is a bedroom downstairs with a double bed, and also a large bedroom upstairs with one double bed and 2 singles beds. There is a bathroom with shower only downstairs and upstairs has a sink and toilet - with a screen for privacy. The upstairs is large enough for an air mattress and the sofa could fit one person. The property has all the essentials for cooking. Pet's are welcome - 2 minimum.

The guest house was lovely, comfortably slept 5 of us, kitchen ready to use. Was a little inconvinient location-wise when tryjng to easily navigate and get into the french quarter, roughly a 30 minute uber or 1.5hr bus and streetcar journey. No laundry on site, overall very cute house and enjoyed staying there.
