"The building sits over a subway that rumbles the whole place every 10-15 minutes. The elevator smells like urine, I only saw staff at the desk 3 times in 4 days. The rooms don't get any service at all. One of the worst places I have stayed in New York. It is cheap and that's the only positive."

"I booked the King suite. Room was nice only down side was the bathroom only had a walk in shower no bath/tub so this caused entire bathroom to flood each time you showered, also water poured out of tiles from side of walls in the bathroom while showering. Another downside, the hotel offered a high roof top bar that advertised open 24/7. I stayed from 7th-10th and bar was not open not one day of my stay and hotel stated they were a separate entity and not sure why they wasnt open. Hotel staff not friendly or helpful when comes to asking for local attractions or help getting around. "

"They have a coffee shop/bar at the front that's now open, and the scaffolding is finally down! The hotel is a great value for what you get and where you are. Rooms are clean, quiet, and the internet is good enough to work out of. Reminder, it's not a luxury hotel, so don't expect the amenities you would get at a luxury hotel. "
