"Everything was fine - the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff nice on check-in and check-out. I love the Chinatown location, close to a lot of great things to do, and this particular block is really quiet, across from a park (except for a few police sirens in the morning). I do think the management could do a little more to put the hotel's best foot forward - the front of the hotel shouldn't be so dark when you walk up to it; the lobby could use some decorating; the doors on the rooms need repainting, as did the doors on the closet inside the room. But in most of the ways that matter, it was a nice stay."

"Staff and cleanliness was outstanding!! Beautiful rooms and view of the Brooklyn bridge. Anything we needed they were at our door within minutes. The only missing thing was a small fridge in the room. It’s a must for my son with Autism."
