I really enjoyed our stay here.The staff is super friendly and efficient. The two ladies at the front desk were very kind. The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Also, the options for breakfast were pretty good. It is located in Downtown Flushing, so it a busy area with many dining options and cute coffee shops in the vicinity. I love asian cuisine, and all the options were available in this location. There is even restaurant called New Nurlan Uyghur Restaurant downstairs. The food was so tasty and homemade and the staff made you feel at home. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a nice Asian area , lots of food and stores around. Staff a gentleman was very rude just for a simple mistake . Other front desk was just annoyed with us while we were doing the check in. Roches were all over the place .

We arrive at the hotel after midnight, and when about to Check in, the front desk guy is didnt want answer any question about our stay, so rude. But the front desk lady in morning is very nice.

For someone not from the US it would be great to know the Hotel was in the middle of Chinatown, that the property had exactly 3 parking spots and the price for parking was higher when i arrived at the property. I was most grateful that got 1 of the 3 spots for the duration of my trip. The property was clean and staff was friendly and courteous and helpful. Be careful when you enter and leave your room because the door does not close, pull/push it really hard because it will just remain open. There was a continental breakfast.... on day 3 i just refused to have another boiled egg, so we went out for breakfast.

Might go into detail another time but this hotel was affordable and perfect sizing room for 2 ppl. Great stay and experience only thing a little ass is the wifi.

The service and the facilities are both terrible. It took me 30 minutes for checking in. Dinning is very limited and Dinning room is crowded. Wifi is terrible and Cannot support a smooth video meeting.

The hotel was located in a great area. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the room. There was a flood in the bathroom. The toilet overflowed and it took almost a hour for this issue to be addressed. In addition, there were bedbugs in the bedroom which resulted in a restless night. Very disappointed especially after voicing my concerns and it appeared that my valid complaints were ignored. I guess the days of having satisfied customers are no longer.

Property was overall great with the following exception: 1. A/C system wasn't working properly. 2. The smoke detector needed a battery change and kept beeping. 3. The ceiling inside the room needed paint touchups.
