It was a pretty good stay for the price. The area was pretty noisy due to the trains , I can hear it at night in the hotel room. The bed was not that comfy, but the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. 11 min walk to the train.

The hotel design is terrible. The rooms look like a convent. No light as the windows are covered with what looks like tapestry and can't open. The area around is industrial so at night it’s dark and it looks unsafe. The price is outrageous for a hotel of that kind

Overall, we liked our stay at the Feather Factory. The hotel was very clean and in a good location with several subway stops within easy walking distance. The commute in to Manhattan was quick and easy. Our room was good however it did not have a closet or any kind of dresser. Just a couple of pegs on the wall. When I booked the reservation, the hotel description said that there was breakfast available on the top floor (for a fee). When we checked in, no such breakfast was available. I guess they stopped it.

I have stayed here before and will continue to because its a quiet area in general. You may hear a train ever so often but nothing major. The staff is helpful and the rooms are kept well

I loved the appearance of the hotel. My problem was the noise. The HVAC vent in the room rattled so loud that I had to blast the TV to hear it. And the trains are across the street. You can hear them through the windows. Other than that, it’s great.

The place overall is good. 8-10mins walk to train station. Not to many choices to eat. Staff are welcoming and addresses your concern. Room is kept tidy and clean. Thumbs up!!

Staff is polite, room was very clean with a partial view of city which at night looks beautiful. Would stay here again. The bed on the soft side, my back wasn't impressed.

The lady at the front desk was amazing! ẞo kind and helpful. The room was smaller than what I'm used to, but that seems to be how they are in New York. With that, the room and bathroom were very clean and they had everything we needed!!! Very nice breakfast.

We loved staying here, easy parking , simple, yet clean room, great accommodations. The staff was super. We were here for our child's surgery. When the surgery got changed at the last second they were so accommodating. Serena was super helpful and friendly and Amran took great care of us, so we could focus on their healing.

Nice hotel
The front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast on the 5th floor was very delicious and there was a great view of the city.

Great place to stay
Excellent stay it’s close to several subway stations to manhattan. The room was small but very comfortable. Clean and quiet and I’d absolutely stay here again. The staff are very friendly. Free coffee and tea 24 hours a day are available and the rates were excellent for NYC standards. I will definitely be back

This was a great hotel that served our purpose. First time NYC visitors traveling for a concert. All the hotel staff were good to us. The TV was broken but quickly fixed. It was a quiet hotel, didn't hear other guests at all.I saw some complaints about the train noise. Didn't bother me but I owned a property where I had train tracks about 50ft from my bedroom, so a little train noise does not phase me! The area surround the hotel, I could see it being a little scary for some people. There was a large group of younger men of questionable character hanging around on our first walk to the subway, a couple blocks from the hotel. We just walked by confidently as if we owned the area, walked right through the group and we were not acknowledged. *Discretion advised. Results may vary* Not much for food options near by and I even had a hard time finding a delivery service, but I chalk that up to be a NYC newbie problem. I am planning my next NYC adventure and I would definitely consider this property again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Feather Factory Hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the small, unique hotel. The rooms were not only immaculate but also well-appointed with simple modern furnishings and amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable. The attention to cleanliness was evident! One of the standout features of the Feather Factory Hotel was the delicious food options available in a 24-hour small market. Top quality, freshly made items made grabbing a quick meal easy. There was also a breakfast buffet, which I heard was great, but I had a very early flight and didn't dine at the hotel. The staff at the Feather Factory Hotel were another highlight of my stay. From the front desk to the room staff, everyone was not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met and that I felt welcome throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality made my choice of hotel feel like a small sanctuary during an otherwise stressful trip. Overall, my experience at the Feather Factory Hotel was excellent. The combination of a clean and well-appointed environment, delightful and quick food options, reasonable price, and terrific access to NYC location made it a hotel I would highly recommend.
