Hotel is very close to metro station. It takes 10 minutes to reach 5th ave or time squire. Beside that breakfast is very good and enough. Staff was helpful and room was clean and got housekeeping almost every day. You can stay with your family without worrying

It seems that we were at the last room available at the hotel. As soon as we got to our room we realized the fridge was not working and we needed to cool some drinks and fruits. He immediately called the receptionist about 7:30pm and a guy who said his name is Chris (tall, skinny) told him he would take care of it. Next day nothing was done and we arrived about 8 pm at the hotel again and I went to talk to him again about the dredge and addressed the very strong noise inside the room 218 during the entire night and morning. He simply looked at me and told me he couldn’t do anything because the manager had bought new dredges and they were waiting for them to arrive. WHAT???? So if you know the dredge is not working you block the room and don’t sell it until the new fridge arrives. I insisted with him about the problem and asked him what he would do about the noise. He was really unprofessional and had a very bad attitude saying that if I would like to complain about him I could look for the manager next day. He didn’t care at all about my situation. Another inconvenient was to try to use the dryer machine at the laundry and there was a line of people waiting to use only one machine because the other one was out of order. As a person who has managed 5 stars hotels for over 20 years I honest think this hotel is much under the standards of the Hilton chain.

Parking is interesting. There are about 10 spaces available, so your car can end up on the ramp waiting for a space to open. Keys need to be left at the front desk. Room was as expected. Comfortable bed, not so comfortable sofa. Good value if you prefer to have an actual bedroom.

Only thing is I didn’t have a comforter, it look like a a mattress sham it was so thin I was freezer & my husband ask for a blanket & they said it’s no more!

Located in the cabinet under the television is an extra set of pillow, sheets and blanket for the sofa bed. I hope this information was most helpful.

3 subway stations nearby, 1 stop into Manhattan. Lots of good restaurants within 3 blocks. View the Manhattan skyline from the rooms.

This is a lovely place to stay if you’d like to go to the museum of moving image or nearby attractions. It’s safe and clean. The staff were amazing Breakfast was great, lots of options Room was large and great for my family Things that I did not like: - Limited on site parking. I was lucky on Friday night and got street parking in front of the hotel (as the on site parking was full). I needed to pick up someone from the airport and when I got back there was no parking. The staff recommended icon parking which is a block away and a safe walk. If I did not have 2 young children and if it wasn’t raining and windy and cold, the lack of onsite parking would have bothered me less. There was no bell boy/person to meet you to help with bags. There was no stove in the suite but they did send up a burner top with pots. It was disgusting; greasy and stick- the burner and pots. I stubbed them clean with much elbow grease.

Thank you for your recent stay with us, and your positive comments. At Home2 we are a Limited service property, and we don't have bellman, like full service hotels do. We do have luggage carts available in the foyer for our guests to use. We have many guest's that come in without cars, and we do offer a limited number of spots. The area does have quite a few parking lots, and street parking is sometimes easier in evenings, and weekends. With the subway being close, a lot of local people park in area, and take subway. Our Brand does not offer stoves. Microwave oven is inside every room, and the cook tops are available upon request. We apologize that the cooktop set was not up to standards. We would have replaced it with a new one upon request. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. Glad to hear your family had a great stay , and hope you have a great wekend.

The Subway is one block away, in 15 minutes you are in Manhattan. Very clean, and breakfast good enough to start the day.

We booked a studio with Manhattan view. Well, the view was from 5th floor, and you could see part of the city. Not at all like i was expecting. The pillows are super soft, and the Queen bed is more like a full size. Breakfast was included and they have acceptable coffe, waffle machines but frozen fruits and fresh apples. The front desk people are polite. We foun parking on the street in front of the hotel at 6 pm on a Friday.

The only reason the hotel did not get the 5 stars in all areas is because of the breakfast offerings…needs to be a bit more versatile…if was the same thing everyday for 7 days..should have been switched up, but everything else was great

With all that we offer there is over 400 combinations you could create. The Home2 Brand has updates to the Brand approved breakfast items periodically, so maybe if you stay again, or at another location you might find other choices. Thank you for your comments. The quest services staff was attentive and helpful. The facility was disappointing. The pictures of the property were misleading. I could only find one area of the building that resembles photos of this facilty. The rest were obviously taken from other sites. The building is just noisy with constant sounds from the street, halways and guests walking above. The matress on the pull out is not a matress; just some foam. The matress on the bed was slightly better. The breakfast was limited with long lines to empty trays. It appeared that the staff concentrated their efforts on pulling the curtains and packing up rather than putting out fresh food. Its not a horrible place, just need to manage your expectations.

The property is easy to find, the staff was very professional and knowledgable, the room was clean and up to date. the only remark I have to make, the options for the breakfast were limited. Overall, for the money I give 4 stars.

Thank you for your review & recent stay. At Home2 , we have to follow the Hilton Brand Standards for breakfast. We have to offer the items daily, and we do rotate the types of Hot sandwiches. Hotel and room were clean, quiet and in a good location for public transportation. First night when checking in was a bit strange as there was an issue with the Expedia payment and the man at check in wanted to charge us at first. Would stay again as it met expectations for what we wanted.

The hotel room smelled horrible ! The heater/ac filter smelled bad. Sheets weren’t well cleaned.
