"Very disappointing stay at the Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square. Our room had multiple issues—the bathroom door was broken, the TV unit was damaged, and the internet connection was extremely unstable, making it difficult to stay connected. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of support from the staff. Despite reporting these problems, no one seemed willing to help or offer a proper solution. For a hotel in such a prime location and at this price point, basic maintenance, reliable Wi-Fi, and responsive customer service should be standard. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below expectations."
