The building boasts amenities such as a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, residents' lounge, a roof-deck with incredible river views and more.
This spacious one bedroom apartment is in an art deco style building close to the Financial District and Battery Park in downtown Manhattan. It offers light-filled rooms and modern amenities. The apartment features oversized windows, hardwood floors, and high ceilings, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All beds provided are fitted with plush linen sheets and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.

Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Additional charges and size/breed restrictions may apply and vary by building. All pets must be approved by Furnished Quarters.
