NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Very outdated hotel. Charged for a smoking fee when I don’t smoke at all and told them it was probably my hair tool releasing smoke into the air. They told me they were going to charge me their fee anyways. Could not get in contact with anyone upon leaving

Hyatt Grand Central New York
Didn't use amenities however the room was dirty! The shower did not drain so we stood ankle deep in dirty water while trying to shower. The room just looked dirty. Smudges on the wall, dust in the corners, hand prints all over the door.....

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Towels are old and hard. They do not have liquid soap in rooms, not ideal if you have 4 people in one room. The Starbucks caffe has limited amount of food, not enough staff and lines are 30 minutes to get a coffee
