"Checking in was a little confusing as the line was across from the desk when you walk in it looked like I was next in line but there was actually a bunch of people waiting to check in. No one was in the area to direct us. The room was fine. However it was jus very noisy outside in the city construction could be heard all night long and could here the girls in the room next to us especially in the bathroom. Liked it was close to the theater and downtown Times Square. The hotel had 3 restaurants attached to it which was very convenient. "

"Lobby was ok. Check in was unimpressive. Bar drinks were ridiculously overpriced. Room was so shabby."

"Room was a little dirty. Some trash in the closet and socks left under the bed skirt from the previous person. The rooms show their age. "

"This was a good cost-effective place to stay. I felt like I was staying in a dorm. We had bunkbeds in our room, which was fine since it was just my daughter and I we were very close to Bryant Park and Grand Central Station. We were in a safe area and felt OK with walking around at night."

"Beautiful room- front desk staff and the gentleman working the doors were extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect spot right in Times Square with shows, shopping, and plenty of restaurants all within a very short walk. "
