"The tv in the room didn’t work and only half the dishes on the menu were available even though it was a small basic menu and it was not near alternative places to eat so this was not good"

"We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Ian gave us a tour if the castle along with a history. The rooms were cozy, the bed was very comfortable. The owners even gave us a ride to the tram when we were unable to find a taxi. Sue and Ian are a friendly helpful couple. "
