"Great staff and they called when room was ready and stored our luggage for us. It was a visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and the location was brilliant as she is at the uni there. Lovely, clean and quirky room and very quiet too. Breakfast was also really nice and again, great staff. "

All the staff seemed happy to be working at the hotel. The upgraded room was very spacious and had stunning views from the window."
