There are two downstairs bedrooms, which are suitable for elderly and disabled guests, one is ensuite, a ground floor cloakroom and three further ensuite bedrooms on the two floors above. A large open plan living area with double vaulted ceiling above and most guests say, “Wow”, as they see the space in person.

With its own gaming TV which includes Freeview and a DVD with wifi access to TV apps (including, BBC iplayer, Netflix and Amazon Prime - Purchases are rechargeable at cost) the loft room is always popular with teenagers who relish their own space.

Spend your days wandering my adjacent fields or just messing around on the river, ideal for kayaking enthusiasts, as there is direct access to launch your kayaks and canoes and a convenient outside WC and shower. (Two Kyaks, life vests and paddles are provided on site - Use of which are at your and your parties own risk). Picnic table with disposable BBQ facility.

On rainy days, you can entertain yourselves with our board games, giant Jenga, the upright piano, the table tennis (ping pong) table or simply relax with a movie in front of the log burner. (Dvd player or TV apps including, BBC iplayer, Netflix and Amazon Prime - Purchases are rechargeable at cost).

The riverbanks teem with birds and wildlife, with regular sightings of otters. Perfect for keen fishermen who will enjoy catching salmon and sea trout. Children will enjoy the kayaking, fishing and the rope swing over the river. You can walk past Newcastle Emlyn Rugby Club, which is good for a Sunday Roast dinner or a pint, to the market town of Newcastle Emlyn less than a mile away with its Norman Castle ruins, it offers a range of shops, pubs and antique centres to enjoy

Private Fishing on our bank - A local fishing licence is required and available at the local post office in Newcastle Emlyn, Fish include Trout, Rainbow Trout, Sewin (Sea Trout), and Salmon. A visit to the Pentre Ifan, a Neolithic dolmen which dates from around 3500 BC in Nevern, Pembrokeshire or the famous Cenarth Falls should not be missed, while the County market town of Cardigan with its farmers markets and facilities is only a 9-mile drive away. Book coasteering or take a boat trip to really appreciate the beauty of Cardigan Bay, which has its own resident bottlenose dolphins and grey seals, explore the glorious coastline with its many beautiful beaches, the closest being Aberporth or Tresaith between 5 and 10 minutes away by car, they are both popular with sailors and surfers alike, these beautiful sandy beaches (with dog friendly areas) have it all with regular sightings of dolphins and rock pools and even a waterfall to explore.
