The space
This 5 bedroom home sleeps up to 10 people so is great for families or groups looking for a tranquil getaway. It is just a short walk to the Beach, and short drive or walk to the local shops include an IGA, restaurant, café, gelato store, and more! This home has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, outdoor deck with BBQ and outdoor dining, private pool with garden surrounds, smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and free Wi-Fi.

There are three living areas with comfortable lounges, and each bedroom has ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning. The house is well designed with plenty of natural light and open-style living and dining spaces. The outdoor deck and pool area is definitely the heart of the home and perfect to enjoy a swim after a day at the beach, cook a BBQ, enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine and enjoy the sea breeze.

We loved our stay in this beautiful and very spacious house. The house was well-equipped and very comfortable (particularly comfortable beds). We loved the pool and the outdoor terrace. A great place to stay to visit Caves Beach.

Great spot to stay, easy walk to beach. Short drive to flagged beach. Lots of living spaces, great teenage retreat upstairs. Comfortable beds. The pool area needs attention (very overgrown and broken seating) although the pool itself was lovely and clean. Be aware to take your own hand wash/soap etc as there is none supplied. Also take dishwashing liquid as there was none supplied. Overall it is a lovely place to stay with a big family.

Pros: The house was very clean, well furnished and has all necessary amenities. The backyard pool area is really nice, including a nice outdoor deck. Check-in was easy and the Lakeshores team was very helpful and quick to respond to any of my inquiries or concerns. Cons: The furnishing shown in the pictures are not exactly the same as what we got (e.g. the outdoor deck currently doesn't have that couch seating and instead of 2 single beds there is 1 single and 1 additional double). The house also has some strict rules about noise levels etc which are not immediately displayed on the Stayz listing - so i'd recommend to inquire about those to ensure they are suitable for your stay. Overall i would recommend this place as the issues mentioned above weren't serious enough to negatively impact our stay.

Property is really nice with good amenities and lots of different living spaces to both be together and separate. The pool is lovely and it is located pretty conveniently for caves beach.
