The property was close to the venue that we wanted to attend, so was great it that respect. The room we had was close to the main road and was a little tired and run down, but for the price, we could not complain. I would stay here again, however it was disappointing that the Restaurant is still closed due to Covid.

Close to shops, great price
Chose this hotel to be close to Charlestown Square which it was. It was a great price. Older hotel but was clean and comfortable. Even though it was in the main road there was no noise heard in the room.

Quick, easy checkin. Over powering fragrance smell in room, now lingering in clothing and bags. Small bathroom, the whole place needs an upgrade. Residents noisy and out in car park to early hours of the morning. Wasn’t brave enough to turn air conditioning on due to allergies already suffering from fragrance. Uncomfortable night.

I would 💯 stay here again, I like how they do house keeping, they offered free washing and lent us a cot. They had free wifi and the place was clean. Didn’t have no problem at all. The staff was friendly and nice

We didn't end up staying, it did not feel safe. The room smelt awful, the pool was not well cared for and there were some unsavoury characters on site. I requested a refund for the 2nd night even though we didn't stay for more than an hour qnd the Manager told me it was all in my head. Do not recommend.
