"Good location, parking was available although we had to pay for it. The double beds were on the small size, bedroom furniture looked quite old, and the mattresses were a bit soft for us. Easy self check in process and quiet rooms."

"I just needed a safe place near the train station to crash on a Saturday night after arriving in the country. When I checked in I was a little worried about the party hostel vibes in the lobby where the music was really loud, but once I got up to my room it was incredibly quiet and cozy! "
"Great location within 15 min walking distance of train and bus station. The Junior suite was perfect for us - king size bed plus a comfortable sofa bed. I loved the fact that the sofa bed area was separated from main bedroom by a sliding door for privacy. Room equipped with microwave, small hob, fridge, kettle & toaster and enough cutlery, crockery etc for 3 people.
Situated on the edge of Chinatown theres lots of Asian dining options - Japanese, Thai, Cantonese etc. A huge selection of bars to choose from in the area.
Great location for shopping too as it’s only a short walk to Eldon Square shopping mall inc Fenwicks, John Lewis, Sephora etc and Grainger market.
If you’re a football fan the hotel is across the road from St James Park. The hotel bar caters for fans too - matches are screened on every wall - even at breakfast time.
We would definitely stay again.
