The heating did work without any issues. A dining room is not available.Alison the host was also super quickly in her response if we had any questions. "We didn’t have unrealistic expectations for a property under £200 a night in Devon over a bank holiday—but we did expect it to be clean and safe. It wasn’t. The living room had a large stained, filthy rug. The couch was also stained. Pillows smelled of body odour. Pans, bowls, mugs, and the fridge were dirty. The floor left our socks black. The shower had black mould, and the toilet needed bleach. Its pull cord was brown halfway down. Walls were stained, and the house smelled unpleasant. The...

"Good property, but didn't appreciate the extra charge of 80 for damages, before we'd even arrived."

"Very nicely decorated house that was easy to live in as a family with two dogs. House was well equipped and in a good location for the city and the very local M&S Food Hall made self catering a pleasure too. We had an issue with the plumbing but this was sorted out very quickly - even on a Sunday. All in all a very nice stay."

"This apartment is newly renovated, and done so very tastefully. As such it is also perfectly clean. It has classic small town English charm and is quiet. It has partial views of the river. It is in a good location for walks to town or along the river (very pretty). We recommend both the town and this apartment and hope to return some day. The host was available and friendly."
