"Stayed here with my daughter (9) for the second time for Badminton Horse Trials and we had a wonderful time! The hotel itself is great with a lovely pool which we made good use of. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff are fantastic!! Particularly in the restaurant and at breakfast. They went above and beyond to put on an early breakfast while we were there as we had to leave early for the event, and are so friendly and helpful! Breakfast options were brilliant and a bonus is that kids eat free in the restaurant for dinner! We will definitely stay here for the same event in future years and whenever we are in the Bristol area. Thank you!"

"The Good: Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great, plenty of options for places to eat. Plenty of activities available and easy to book. The Bad: No complimentary parking. Some of the lifts were broken and had been for several days before we arrived. There seemed to be no interest in getting them fixed. Quite disappointed overall, not sure I would ever come back. Would have been better booking a holiday abroad."
