Second Bathroom: Full-size with shower (no tub). Both bathrooms include hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of towels.
Living & Dining:
Bright, airy living room with two custom love seats, electric fireplace, 65" Samsung Smart TV, and a bistro table for two.
A 9’ wide sliding glass door opens to a private patio with outdoor dining and a Weber gas BBQ — perfect for indoor/outdoor living.
Kitchen & Amenities:
Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, fridge, dishwasher, disposal, Keurig, toaster, blender, mixer, cookware, dishes, and more. Furnished with 4 counter stools around the peninsula.
High-speed internet (300 Mbps) and in-garage washer/dryer.
Garage parking for one regular-sized car (no large SUVs/trucks), plus free street parking.
Beach Gear Included:
2 beach cruisers, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, towels, and a wagon for easy beach trips.
Cleaning:
Bi-weekly light cleaning included (dusting, vacuuming, kitchen & bath cleaning — no laundry, fridge, or cabinet cleaning).
