The Space:
This beachy, budget friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bath lower unit is only a few houses away from the beach, just North of the Newport Pier area with its surrounding shops and restaurants.
The master bedroom with a king bed has an updated en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. These both share a hall bath with tub/shower combination and direct access to the side patio.
The spacious living room has plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV, the living area is roomy enough for the whole family to relax. The dining area has a large table with six chairs along with extra seating at the bar in the kitchen. The spacious kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, a full range, microwave, full-sized fridge and dishwasher.
The rental has a sunny front patio with a BBQ plus a large, shared side patio where you can store beach items like bikes and boogie boards.
The washer and dryer in the laundry room is shared with the upper unit and there is room for one car in the shared carport.
The fantastic location of this unit offers something for everyone. This house is just a short walking distance from The Newport Pier, shops and restaurants, and is directly across from Marina Park. This is a great place for both visitors and residents to enjoy the outdoors, dine, and relax at the beach while enjoying a spectacular view of Newport Bay!

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
