The Space:
Located just before the boardwalk begins, this upper oceanfront unit has incredible views of sunsets and Catalina Island on the clearest days.
With large, windowed patio doors you can enjoy the beach breeze or relax on the sofa and take in all the views. Enjoy watching TV on the couch or chairs while visiting with family or friends. Step up from the living room into the kitchen equipped with everything you need to make a beach vacation meal. Gather around the dining table that looks out towards the beach.

This three-bedroom unit has plenty of room for the whole family! The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms share the hall bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets and views of Catalina from your balcony, have a morning cup of coffee or wind down after a day at the beach. Fire up the BBQ and create wonderful memories with your family.
**One car parking space in shared garage. This is a subterranean grade, and extremely steep. We recommend low profile vehicles.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
