From a stunning open plan kitchen with large central island and ground floor entertaining space this location would suit dinner party guests, large family gatherings and a host of social celebratory occasions.

Kitchen & Utilities: Double electric oven and induction hob, microwave, American style fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, large bi-fold doors to patio and garden, Woodburner, 50" Sony Smart TV with sound bar (and Netflix TV), Glass roof atrium, games room.

Outdoors: Large enclosed rear garden and patio with barbecue and garden furniture.

Superb accommodation. Lots of space. Great outside space . Everything you could possibly need. Lovely linen quality Close to Newquay, Lusty Cove and Porth beach.
