Make some amazing Niagara Falls memories at our peaceful and family-friendly home. Newly renovated home that is a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. On a quiet street. It has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 full bathroom. Step out of this home, and you are close to Niagara Falls and the Niagara Gorge Hiking Trail. You are also a short drive away from the gorgeous town of Lewiston, Fort Niagara, and Buffalo. Two gated private parking spots with additional street parking.

Place was very clean and as described. However, location was bit of concern, only one garbage bag was provided, kitchen could be stocked better, and (TMI) toilet seat was small.

Checking in and out was easy and went off without a hitch. The house is nicely updated and clean, and my husband enjoyed playing Galaga and Ms Pac-man on the arcade machine! The location is pretty central to the Niagara Falls attractions and was quiet at night. The kitchen appliances are updated, as are the washer/dryer.

So, the house was clean, furnished....all was GREAT!!!!HOWEVER, the location was rough. The street has several boarded up houses, and my wife was scared.YES, we are "suburbonites."...lol.I talked to the neighbor, and we had NO ISSUES AT ALL!!!!!!The place is rough on the outside as well, but again, inside, it is GREAT!!!!The owners have done a great job in fixing it up.Our plan was to walk to the falls, but we got there late, and would have been walking in the dark and I was worried about safety..
There was a high end car parade....expensive cars!!

The street....again, we had no issues. But, it was scetchy....

Very nicely renovated, clean apartment house with plenty of space and no clutter. PacMan machine works, for some fun nostalgia moments, and they have a few board games too. Laundry was easy to use. Bedroom had plenty of outlets (two prong and usb), though oddly no closet doors. The neighborhood isn't great (but neither are most of the places near the falls), so we appreciated being able to park behind the fence for privacy even though it took a little bit of work to do so because the fence door drags. Neighbors seemed friendly and the area was largely quiet. Caution for those who might have small kids going to the bathroom in the middle of the night - the stairs don't start flush with the hallway but cut in early, so a little nervous the kids might not see and fall down. The two non-main bedroom doors are quite squeaky. Most importantly, everything was as advertised - we would be very happy to stay here again.
