"The property itself is quite dated compared to the photos available. The staff however were great in resolving a room issue and for this reason alone I would consider a second stay. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Niagara fall and 25 minutes from Niagara on the lake. It’s a great place to base yourself for both those activities. "

"Wow...what a place. This is obviously a college residence for students most of the time, and yet it works very well as a cost-effective base for exploring the Niagara region. The drive down to Niagara Falls is easy and under 15 minutes, and the property is easy to find as well -- just off the highway.
