"Staff were really helpful and kind! The room was good but dusty making the air quality poor at night. I would’ve loved to have a shelf or something to put my toiletries in the shower. Overall good stay would come again!"

"Lovely room. Spacious. Clean . Restaurant closed on Sunday at noon to reopen for dinner …. Was not thrilled as no one told me when I checked in . For over $500 a night I think some sort of breakfast food could be available . I would never have booked a room at this price if I had a choice. But I did not have a choice as this was a very last minute trip for one night in a very tourist place on a summer long weekend . But the hotel and room was lovely"

"(Family trip) The hotel was absolutely beautiful and luxurious. Stayed or it's extremely accommodating they offered a concierge service and on or off-site parking. My 5-year-old daughter loved the indoor swimming pool and daily fireworks show. The view of the waterfalls was amazing we could see both American and Canadian waterfalls on from the panoramic viewpoint."

"Stayed and bought the water park passes. Room was huge and had a balcony to the atrium. Very convenient location to the water park, Clifton Hill tourist area and the waterfalls. Breakfast was good. Would stay again"

"The property vocation is amazing seamless check-in and checkout the property was beautiful and has amazing views of the falls from the rooms I would stay here again!"

"The rooms were great. W got the 2 room suite where one of the rooms had a tub w jets. It’s great for large families. The pool was great but the gym was a bit small. Over all it was great"
