    The apartment is located opposite the streetcar stop that runs from Nice-Côte d'Azur airport through the city center to the port of Nice, making it ideal for a car-free stay.

This was an excellent property for my husband and I to stay in during our weeklong trip to Nice. Arriving from the airport made it so easy to access the apartment via the tram system and the communication with Eric and his team and Nice was so easy. I asked for an extra fan due to the heat wave and Eric ordered one immediately. Antoine and Shannon answered any questions immediately and overall it was just an excellent stay. Would absolutely use this listing again due to its location and comfort level with air-conditioning provided as well.
