Beautiful 3-room apartment located on the top floor of a lovely residence with elevator, very bright apartment with a large 35 square meter terrace with dining area, loungers and outdoor shower!



The apartment has a living room with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, washing machine, etc.



The living room and kitchen open onto the magnificent 35-square-metre terrace, which is very quiet and offers a glimpse of the sea.

This is a stunning apartment in a great location. Very well-furnished and with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment is in a very quiet part of Nice. All the staff at Riveria were very friendly and helpful. The apartment would benefit from a deep clean.

Een zeer ruim en licht appartement. Prachtige ruime keuken. Mooie slaapkamers. Een slaapkamer is met bedbank. Een enorm balkon, voorzien van tafel en stoelen en een grote parasol. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Een lekker flesje rosé stond voor ons klaar als welkomstgeschenkje. We waren zeer tevreden. Lekker kort bij de haven en bij een bushalte/tram.
