It is located on the 3rd floor in a residence with a lift and a beautifully equipped 9 square metre terrace. It is close to all services: train station, beach, bus stop, market and old town, just 500 metres from the French Institute.



Inside, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with 1 single sofa bed and a removable partition that closes to create 2 separate sleeping spaces and a folding double bed, 1 television, a beautiful shower room with toilet. Fully equipped kitchen area, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen equipment. A washer-dryer in the bathroom. Terrace with a sublime sea view including a lounge area and a dining area.

Rental for 4 weeks - one person - excellent view - Though a little traffic noise from main street.

The apartment is nice and very modern with belonging modernities. The location is good - kind concierge. Sandrine is excellent to her job - very serviceminded and extremely kind. The approvements are minor - and have been stated to Sandrine.
