"Lovely stay at Laguna Operetta with our grown children. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. We enjoyed the lagoon view and the quick walk to the beach. Our only minor complaint would be the small tv in the family room but understand the constraint of the nook it’s set into. Would definitely rent again!"

"Nice unit with a great ocean view! Everything was as advertised and clean. Any question we asked was answered promptly and the upfront information provided was very thorough. Our family of 4 had a great time. Plenty of space. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach.It was kind of odd that there is no ability to use the pool that is basically right across the road, but I guess that’s the way it goes.We would definitely consider staying again if we come back to Kiawah!"

"Good house and location for price - perfect size for our family if 3. We loved being close to Night Heron Park and short walk to the beach (10 min). Also great central location on island and just a quick trip over to Freshfields. House was decently clean but a lot of the dishes were not super clean. I also found candy wrappers in bathroom drawers / behind the bed when we arrived. Beds were not super comfortable but livable for a few days. Washer dryer and dishwasher were all super loud. No hose at house to rinse off sand / beach items. Overall it was a good stay for the price point but don’t expect frills / extras."

"My stay at Kiawah island was amazing. The beach is so close and you can view it from the property's bedroom and outside deck. The condo was clean and cozy-had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Kiawah Island."

"We didn't know what to expect coming to Kiawah Island for the first time but absolutely loved everything about our stay, down to this VRBO. We were very comfortable, located steps away from the beach and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our visit. Great location. Quiet and peaceful area. Lots of walking trails and even close to a little market and simple biyes restaurant. We will definitely book this VRBO again. Thanks for such an amazing stay!"

"Beautiful place and conveniently located. It is on the second floor which required 3 levels of stairs. That made it difficult to come and go with gear to the beach with small children, loading and unloading ect. I would not recommend the 2nd floor units if you are coming and going frequently. Otherwise the villa itself was great!"

"Joe was very communicative and we had an amazing time during our stay! The property was clean upon arrival, it was the perfect location for both the beach and other activities on the island, and it was incredibly cozy and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this spot more!"
