"We loved our stay! The home is beautifully decorated and is perfectly located with close proximity to the beach / pool and everything else you would want to do in Kiawah. Host (John) was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Everything is labeled and very organized. Very clean and easy to quickly get settled in. We enjoyed our summer vacation and would highly recommend to anyone considering staying in Kiawah!"

"This property was perfect. Here for an incredible wedding and this house made the weekend even better. Loved the big bathrooms in each room, the TV room with a big comfy couch, the covered patio for morning coffee and elevator to help bring the luggage up. It was such a great location. Almost walking distance to the Sanctuary Hotel. 15 min drive to Ocean Course and the village with a market and shops. Beds were comfortable and lots of storage space. Felt special. 100%"

"The property was absolutely amazing….the staff was incredible. The food was outstanding. The only thing to note that if you stay in a Villa on the grounds versus at the hotel/sanctuary, you don’t have access to the best pool on the beach and you have to pay for beach chairs- $20 a chair. But even given that, we cannot wait to go back. Perfect for families!"

"It’s a very nice property but, some extra cleaning on the outdoor grill is needed and the pool needed servicing badly which the property manager was quick in doing so. Overall the property description is accurate."
