Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand. Die berphmte Milchbar ist nur einige Schritte entfernt, aber trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr gut.

Die Zimmer waren sicher modern in den 70ern - leider wurde seither nicht viel renoviert. Das schlimmste war die Matratze, diese war extrem durchgelegen - ich habe noch nie in einem Hotel so schlecht geschlafen! Leider war mir vorher nicht bewusst, dass man in die Zimmer Hunde mitnehmen darf. Das Problem ist, man riecht es inzwischen! Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig. Gut ist die Lage, direkt am Weststrand und sehr nah an der Fußgängerzone. Fazit: Definitiv KEINE Empfehlung.

Excellent Hotel, friendly staff and very clean and tidy. Only issue is reception is not staffed 24hrs so could be a problem for some, but didn’t cause us any issues.

Das Frühstück in der Unterkunft war wirklich klasse. Große Auswahl und immer frische Zutaten. Der Wellness Bereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, an Sauberkeit hat es aber nicht gemangelt. Der Zimmerservice ist nicht aufdringlich und sehr flexibel, was die Reinigungszeiten angeht. Der Standort des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut gelegen, direkt an der Milchbar und der Promenade. Als wirklich großen Negativpunkt muss ich die nicht vorhandene bzw. immer geschlossene Hotelbar anmerken. Leider gab es nie eine Möglichkeit, abends etwas im Hotel zu trinken. Auch gibt es keine abendlichen Speisen im Hotel. Das Hotel wird überwiegend von älteren Herrschaften besucht.

Wie auch beim vorangegebenen Besuch was das alles in allem so ok, da Preis und Lage direkt am Meer die ungünstigen Dinge ausgleichen. Aktuell war nicht so gut das die Heizung nachts nicht so gut war Und ich schon gefroren habe. Das sollte beim nächstem mal besser sein. Frühstück ok .

Die einzigartige Lage und ein sehr gutes Frühstück was von einem sehr netten Personal bereitet wurde! Nur die Decke im Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden.

Nice Location, Bad Service

Bad service by some of the staff, maybe due to my lack of German. Light rooms, which prevented me from sleeping later than till 5 o'clock, as it was close to midsummer. The staff promised to do something on the second day to block the light from the windows, but nothing happened, and it was then ignored in its entirety. WARNING: Do not go here if you cannot sleep with a lot of light coming in through the windows!!

Die Sauna auf der Dachterrasse war super. Man kann über das Meer schauen, einen tollen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Einzelzimmer sind groß genug.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Strandnähe, wenn man z.B. mit älteren Menschen unterwegs ist, auf viel Platz und Komfort im Zimmer oder eine typische "Hotel-Athmosphäre" klassischer Art verzichten kann. Trotzdem gibt es ein Restaurant (gut!) und ein üppiges Frühstücks-Büffet. Blick auf den Kaiserdeich.Schöne Lage,nicht weit vom Ortskern Die Ausstattung ist modern schlicht, funktional. Die Rezeption besetzt. Weiteres Hotelpersonal ist nicht in Sicht, ausser im Restaurant und als Reinigungskräfte. Kritik: Wer Fragen im Vorfeld an die Berliner Kontaktnummer stellt, bekommt keine direkte Telefonnummer. Dabei ging es nur um die nächst gelegene Strandkorbvermietung. Bei allem Verständnis für die Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen ist das für mich sehr schade.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit schlechtem Personal

+ Sehr sauberes Hotel mit freundlichen Putzkräften - das Zimmer war stets blitzblank sauber nach dem Frühstück. Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement also. Auch die Umgebung lässt keine Wünsche offen; Milchbar, Strand, Stadtkern - alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant Deichblick) war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Die Spa Anlage und die Dachterrasse mit Sauna waren besonders schön! (und meistens leer) - Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr unaufmerksam bis unfreundlich. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter/innen ihren Job nicht gerne bzw. nur widerwillig verrichteten. Dies mag auch der Kommunikation geschuldet sein - einige sprachen ein eher gebrochenes Deutsch. In jedem Fall war es schade, dass das sehr gute Feedback zum Essen und dem Restaurant so auf taube Ohren stieß und das Verweilen nach dem Abendessen unangenehm wurde - Kellner/innen kamen nur sporadisch zu den Gästen und man musste vor der Küche darauf warten, dass Servicepersonal herauskommt, wenn man etwas bestellen wollte.

Schönes Hotel in Toplage

Sehr schönes, direkt an der Uferpromenade gelegenes Hotel. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus, so dass die Anreise vom Hafen sehr einfach ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Atmosphäre persönlich. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute und qualitativ hochwertige Frühstücksbüffet und die Panoramasauna auf dem Dach mit wunderbarem Meerblick , sowie die Liegestühle auf der Dachterrasse, auf denen man windgeschützt, das Meer genießen konnte. Ich war das zweite Mal und komme wieder.

Winterwochenende auf Norderney

Wir waren mal wieder auf der Insel und ebenso gerne wieder im Germania. Das Hotel hat uns auch in diesem Jahr wieder überzeugt. Hohe Qualität und tolle Lage am Strand.

Wir hatten leider ein kleines Zimmer im hinteren Bereich über der Küchenlüftung und mit Blick in den Innenhof, dafür aber zum fairen Preis. Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Sauna waren nicht hervorragend aber völlig in Ordnung. Insgesamt ist das Hote dem Vier Jahreszeiten der Michelsgruppe sehr, sehr ähnlich: nichts wirklich besonderes, aber zuverlässig in Ordnung.
