"First time staying here. Clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff. Very close to the airport (free shuttle) and about 25 minutes from the Port of Miami (shuttle service for a small fee). Highly recommended. "

"Was heavily dissatisfied as this was my first time coming to your hotel with high expectations I found that the main pool was under construction which was not listed anywhere on Expedia. Also, I have 15 pigeons surrounding my 1 year old daughter trying to take her food everyday we were out by the small pool areas. I would like to continue business with you and if there’s anything you can do it would be appreciated to make this not feel like such a disappointment. "
